Using BECABO
You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and use the service lawfully and respectfully toward other users and driver partners.
Bookings, fares, and payments
A booking is confirmed when shown in the app. Fares are based on route and service type with zero surge pricing and transparent upfront calculation.
Cancellations and service availability
You may cancel a booking subject to any cancellation charges displayed before confirmation. BECABO operates 24/7 across supported Gujarat cities.
Goods and prohibited use
Goods must be lawful to transport and properly packed. Hazardous or illegal materials are strictly prohibited.
